VP, Client Management
Position Summary
The VP of Client Management IDN/Hospital partners closely with assigned IDN/Hospital clients and internal stakeholders to execute client management activities related to Curvo-BroadJump Offerings and Solutions. The VP of Client Management IDN/Hospital serves as the primary interface between external and internal stakeholders for client management and client satisfaction.
Building on relationship management skills, the VP of Client Management IDN/Hospital also leverages strong knowledge of the marketplace, financial acumen, contracting practices and related compliance expertise. In partnership with other VPs of Client Management IDN/Hospital & their Team Lead, this individual leads development of innovative client satisfaction, training and support for a portfolio of products i.e., Medical Device, Pharmacy, Procedure Level, and Purchased Services for Curvo-BroadJump, LLC. Key objectives include developing and deploying effective solutions that are customer-driven, compliant, and financially prudent for Curvo-BroadJump and the client.
Working in collaboration with the Team Lead, VP of Client Management IDN/Hospital, this individual has responsibility for assuring timely and accurate execution and implementation of client training, proactive support, and further expanding Curvo BroadJump’s relationship with the client.
This full-time position is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Objective– To Provide Superior Account Management to Curvo-BroadJump’s Clients

Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related fields required
- Requires 10+ years’ experience in Sales, Account Management, MD&D, Pharma experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of a healthcare organization from the buyer, manager, director, clinicians, and C-Suite
- Extensive knowledge of Medical Device and Pharmaceutical markets required
- Significant knowledge of the health care industry and the workings of health care systems required
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using CRM software for activity management

Sales, Account Executive
Position Summary
The Curvo Sales Account Executive (AE) drives net-new enterprise sales across hospitals and Regional Purchasing Collaboratives and supports revenue growth through account expansion. The AE shapes account strategy, leads prospects through complex evaluations, and aligns Curvo’s supply chain, pharmacy, and clinical analytics solutions with each organization’s priorities. Success requires a deep understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, provider challenges, and the ability to engage stakeholders, including executive leaders, in clear, outcome-driven conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, forecast, and plan new business within assigned accounts.
- Build account plans to achieve annual quota.
- Conduct discovery to validate needs and build ROI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive customer value.
- Maintain relationships to support adoption, expansion, and new opportunities.
- Advance purchase decisions thoughtfully and professionally.

- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
